Now is still a great time to get your home on the market, and there are some great homes available too! Bellevue, Mercer Island Waterfront Statistics for September 2012!
Looks like lots of buyers were basking in the sun and scooping up waterfront properties this last week. Sales were brisk with 11 waterfront sales in the past 7 days.

With the Labor Day holiday and start of school, the impact to waterfront property sales this week were impacted in a big way with only Mercer Island reporting any pending sales activity at all. We should see measurable activity throughout the month of September and then dwindle down to a near dormant state until next spring. A typical week from that perspective and no doubt marks the beginning of the waterfront off-season.
