Another strong month in Real Estate Sales for Bellevue and all of King County! These are the Eastside statistics for closed sales you must know. Months supply of inventory is down -48%, and the total active listings are down -34%. The number of closed home sales are up +21% and the median closed sale price is up +3%! This is great news!
